Role description
Job Title: Lead .Net Developer
Location: New York, NY
Work Mode: Hybrid
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of NET and Cloud based applications from design to production
Define and govern solution architecture for cloud native microservices and hybrid environments
Manage and mentor cross functional engineering teams backend frontend DevOps
Collaborate with product owners architects and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Ensure best practices in code quality security performance and scalability
Drive Agile Scrum execution sprint planning and technical estimations
Oversee CICD pipelines cloud deployments and production support
Identify technical risks resolve complex issues and ensure on time delivery
Support hiring onboarding and technical upskilling of team members
Required Technical Skills
Strong hands-on experience with C, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Web API MVC
Experience designing and building Microservices and RESTful APIs
Strong knowledge of Azure preferred or AWS services including
App Services Kubernetes Containers
Azure Functions Serverless
Cloud storage monitoring and security
Experience with SQL Server and NoSQL databases
Hands-on experience with DevOps CICD pipelines and tools Azure DevOps GitHub Jenkins etc
Solid understanding of design patterns SOLID principles and secure coding
Exposure to frontend technologies Angular, React, JavaScript is a plus

Salary : $110,000 - $115,000
