Job Title: Associate Principal - Architecture
Required Skills and Experience:
- ClaimCenter Configuration Architecture
- Advanced experience with ClaimCenter configuration using GOSU rules workflows data model extensions and UI configuration
- Strong judgment around OOTB vs customization with an ability to architect changes that are isolated extensible and low impact
- Experience designing solutions that layer new functionality on top of existing ClaimCenter configurations with minimal disruption
- Integration Experience Focused Scope
- Experience integrating ClaimCenter using
- Guidewire Integration Framework ClaimCenter APIs messaging and accelerators
- Guidewire provided accelerators leveraged for vendor integrations e.g., Smart Advisor Verisk
- Minimal reliance on direct policy or billing system integrations Contact Manager integration familiarity is sufficient
- Cloud Data Events Reporting Key Focus Area
- Strong experience designing data extracts feeds and downstream reporting integrations from ClaimCenter
- Handson knowledge of ClaimCenter Events and Cloud Data Access CDA to support reporting and analytics use cases
- Experience designing event driven data flows in cloud based ClaimCenter implementations
- Prior WC reporting experience is helpful but not required core focus is architectural design of data flows
- AWS Cloud Architecture
- Experience designing ClaimCenter solutions in AWS based claims environments
- Familiarity with cloud native patterns for scalability resiliency monitoring and security
- Ability to align ClaimCenter architecture with broader enterprise cloud standards
- Delivery Model Technical Leadership Highly Important
- Comfortable working in a client led delivery model where internal teams own and drive implementation
- Experience coordinating across multiple concurrent ClaimCenter initiatives including
- Environment management
- Code branching and versioning strategies
- Managing dependencies across parallel development streams
- Ability to architect solutions that coexist with ongoing development in other environments
- Strong collaboration skills working with Claims IT business SMEs and vendors
- Notable Characteristics for Success
- Experience with large highly integrated ClaimCenter programs
- Ability to operate in complex environments with overlapping releases and shared configurations
- Strong architectural thinking focused on change isolation reuse and long-term maintainability
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholder’s product owners and technical teams to gather analyze and document comprehensive business and system requirements for Guidewire integration initiatives Line of Business Mapping vendor integrations
- Translate business needs into clear concise user stories and acceptance criteria using Gherkin format ensuring alignment with SAFe Agile delivery practices
- Lead and facilitate requirements workshops stakeholder interviews and elicitation sessions to capture integration and business process requirements
- Manage and prioritize the Agile backlog participate in PI planning sprint planning and daily standups and track progress using Agile tools
- Serve as a liaison between business and IT teams throughout the software development lifecycle ensuring mutual understanding of requirements and solution design
- Support testing and validation activities including User Acceptance Testing UAT to ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements
- Contribute to continuous improvement of Agile practices business analysis standards and collaboration processes within the SAFe framework
- Communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders through clear documentation presentations and status updates
Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance.
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and job level and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Salary : $140,000 - $150,000
