Job Title: Business Analyst
Location : Boston, MA (Remote)
Job Description:
- Responsible for eliciting and documenting business requirements translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs
- Elicit and document detailed business requirements Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Support backlog refinement sessions to prioritize and clarify requirements
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders including business users and development teams
- Ensure delivered solutions align with business needs and objectives
- Conduct requirements analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Roles and Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders to gather and understand business needs
- Develop and maintain user stories and acceptance criteria Facilitate backlog refinement and prioritization activities
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities
- Validate that implemented solutions meet the defined acceptance criteria
- Continuously communicate with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide updates Support testing activities by providing clear acceptance criteria and reviewing test results
Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance.
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.

Salary : $105,430 - $152,798
