Skill Set Required
- Understanding of Azure infrastructure
- Familiarity with racks clusters and data center setup
- Awareness of networking concepts and hardware devices
- Ability to work with XML and handle data in Excel
- Comfort using VS Code for editing and development
- Understanding of Incident Management processes
- Knowledge of BSL factory and data center processes
- Understanding of Incident Management processes
- Familiarity with roles and responsibilities of component teams under BSL
- Ability to lead meetings and collaborate with crossfunctional teams
Good to Have
- Some exposure to scripting for simple automation tasks
- Familiarity with Git and C basics
- Experience with Azure DevOps
- Knowledge of Power BI reporting
