Role description
Transformation Manager
The Transformation Manager will lead end-to-end transformation initiatives across enterprise environments driving modernization automation service maturity uplift and cost optimization.
Also support as single point of leadership onsite owning BAU governance transformation execution stakeholder management and value realization.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute network transformation roadmap aligned to business outcomes resiliency performance security cost efficiency.
- Drive shift left automation and zero touch operations across network services.
- Lead modernization initiatives such as SDWAN Cloud Networking Secure Remote Access Network Observability and AIOps.
- Partner with Architecture Security EUC and Cloud teams to deliver cross tower transformation.
- Establish standardized runbooks SOPs and operating models for network support.
- Improve incident problem and change effectiveness through ITIL aligned practices.
- Proactively manage risks issues and escalations ensuring swift resolution.
- Provide clear executive ready updates on service health and transformation progress.
- Support QBRs renewal discussions and value articulation.
Required skills
- Strong experience managing large Infrastructure Managed Services engagements.
- Proven track record in service transformation and operational improvements.
- Handson experience running BAU transformation hybrid delivery models.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL based service management and governance.
- Strong onsite presence and executive communication skills.
- Ability to influence without authority across multiple stakeholders.
Exp and Qualifications
- 12-15 years of experience in Infrastructure Managed Services delivery.
- 5 years in onsite delivery leadership and or transformation roles.
- Experience in financial services or regulated environments is a plus.

Salary : $73,830 - $132,313
