What are the responsibilities and job description for the Techno Functional Testing Lead position at LTIMindtree?
Job Description:
• Total IT Experience – 10 - 15 Years
• 3 plus relevant years of Finance/Banking domain experience
• 5 plus years of QA/Testing Leadership/Management experience (Should have handled a mid-size team of 8 -12 testers)
• Experience in Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD environments
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven testing tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) and test management tools (Including Octane, Jira)
• Strong knowledge of cloud technologies (Oracle, AWS, Azure) and cloud-based testing approaches
• Expertise in test strategy, planning, and execution within regulated environments
• Strong Test Automation Exp. (Including all automation tools like Selenium, Playwright, Sikuli) – Min. 3 Years
o Selenium Experience – 2 Years (Minimum)
o Java language - 2 Years (Minimum)
o Litmus Experience – 1-2 Years (Minimum)
o Playwright Experience – Good to have
(Should not be the case, where initially worked in manual & joined any of the automation tools like just 1 year ago)
• SQL/ DB knowledge – 1 Year (Minimum)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Nice-to-Have:
• Certifications such as ISTQB Advanced Test Manager, PMP, or Agile Scrum Master
• Exposure to performance testing and security testing
