Benefits
Compensation range: $ 130,000.00 to 150,000.00 per year
Job Role: Business Analyst (SME for P&C Agency and MGA Platforms)
Technical Skills (Primary, Must Have)
- Deep understanding Agency Billing operations and business knowledge of Payplans Scheduling Commission Setup Agency Bill Workflow Direct Bill Workflow disbursements collections Self Reporting etc.
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks in the US insurance market with regards to Billing and reporting
- Experience of working with Agency on MGA billing platforms
- Proven ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and collaborate with technical teams for implementation of Billing Reporting module
- Lias between the Product BA from client side to understand the functional requirements and the Business System Analyst from LTIM side to bring in the required domain and functional expertise
- Experience of working with any billing platforms like DC billing Majesco billing GW billing etc.
- Knowledge of integration between Policy Admin and Billing systems
- Ability to converse with Business SMEs and be a bridge between Pos Business SMEs and BSAs
- Knowledge of COTS products for PC insurance and experience working with policy administration systems underwriting workflows and distribution channels
- Experience with Agile methodologies JIRA and Confluence.
- Review and Work Effort Estimation
- Experience leading requirement workshops documenting user stories and driving UAT
- Experience working in onsite offshore delivery models
- Knowledge of Vertafore MGADXC Assure Insurity ConceptOne and SureMGA platforms etc.
