Job Summary:
- Seeking a Senior Guidewire Cloud DevOps Engineer with 7 to 11 years of experience to lead and optimize cloud-based DevOps practices and Azure DevOps pipelines for Guidewire applications
Job Description:
- Utilize advanced expertise in Duck Creek Insights Extract Mapper to analyze and interpret complex insurance data for actionable insights
- Lead the design implementation and management of Azure DevOps pipelines and cloud infrastructure tailored for Guidewire applications
- Collaborate with development QA and operations teams to ensure seamless CICD workflows for Guidewire cloud solutions
- Implement automation strategies to enhance deployment efficiency and minimize manual interventions in Guidewire cloud environments
- Monitors troubleshoot and optimize Azure DevOps and Guidewire cloud environments to ensure high availability and performance
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in DevOps tools practices and methodologies specific to Guidewire cloud implementations
- Ensure compliance with security governance and cloud best practices within Azure DevOps and Guidewire ecosystems
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers on Azure DevOps cloud infrastructure and Guidewire best practices
- Stay current with the latest Guidewire platform updates Azure DevOps features and cloud industry trends to recommend enhancements
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of DuckCreek Integration solutions aligned with business and technical requirements
- Develop and maintain scalable robust CICD pipelines using Azure DevOps for Guidewire cloud applications
- Automate build test and deployment processes to improve delivery speed and quality in Guidewire cloud environments
- Manage source control repositories and branching strategies in Azure Repos aligned with Guidewire development workflows
- Coordinate with cross functional teams to integrate DevOps solutions with Guidewire cloud and enterprise systems
- Analyze and resolve deployment failures performance bottlenecks and system outages in Guidewire cloud deployments
- Document DevOps processes configurations and best practices for Guidewire cloud applications to facilitate team knowledge sharing
- Collaborate in release management and deployment planning for Guidewire software updates and patches in cloud environments
- Facilitate environment provisioning configuration management and infrastructure as code for Guidewire development testing and production cloud environments
