Role Overview
- Analyzes complex business problems and bring solutions on the table
- Own and drive crossfunctional Issues with various teams to address business needs
- Leading workshops gathering requirements and documenting business processes
- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Designing and configuring SAP BRIM solutions to meet specific business needs
- Prepare solutions and provide Demo of functionalities asked by BusinessIT team members
- Testing Perform Unit Integration E2E QA testing Support UAT Performance Stage testing
- Write test Scenarios and test steps in allsome of the above test life cycles
- Perform Cutover GoLive Post GoLive activities as part of implementation
- Prepare Training KT documents to train team on functionality implemented
- Providing postimplementation support and troubleshooting
- Program management knowledge Experience in leading or contributing to BRIM implementation projects including requirements gathering design testing and deployment
- Perform work in Pacific time zone and flexible to work with BusinessIT counterparts in AsiaEMEA regions in their time zones on an ad hoc basis
- Staying up to date with the latest SAP BRIM technologies and best practices.
- SME with EXPERT KNOWLEDGE in SAP BRIM modules subscription billing revenue management Convergent Charging and Convergent Invoicing S4 HANA
- 15 years of experience in SAP Quote to Cash areas with 5 yrs experience in SAP BRIM Implementation with focus on CI CC FICA and postingintegration to S4 HANA
- Expert in Accounts receivables BillingInvoice to Cash posting Process
- Hands on experience Customizing Billing plans and providing creative solutions
- Integrating CICCFICA into S4 HANA integration and GL postings
- Experience participating in all phases of several fulllifecycle SAP implementations is often required including requirements gathering design configuration testing and deployment
- Handson functional configuration and design Experience with configuring and designing solutions within the different components of SAP such as Subscription Order Management SOM Convergent Charging CC Convergent Invoicing CI Convergent Mediation CM Contract Accounting FICA is crucial
- A deep understanding of different revenue models such as subscription billing usagebased billing overage charges and burn down models is important for implementing BRIM effectively
- Experience designing and implementing complex rate structures charge plans and realtime rating scenarios
- Understanding of CIs role in invoice creation management and integration with other BRIM components
- Knowledge of FICAs functionalities for contract management financial postings and integration with other SAP modules
- Integration BRIM solutions with the latest SAP S4HANA platform and other S4 Hana modules
- Integrate SAP BRIM with other CRM CPQ CLM EMS Middleware and other nonSAP systems
- Ability to interact with all levels of business users endusersexecutives
- Highly motivated and driven with keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a selfmanaged environment
- VERY STRONG communication presentation and teamwork skills are essential for interacting with clients stakeholders and other team members
- Knowledge of Agile Methodology is an added advantage
- BSMS Computer Science Communications Information Technology or related discipline
- Certification in BRIM SAP Sales and Distribution module is preferred
