Job Title : Salesforce Solution Architect
Job Location : Charlotte , NC
The Salesforce Solution Architect is responsible for designing leading and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds This role partners closely with business stakeholders product owners and technical teams to translate complex business requirements into secure highquality Salesforce architectures The architect provides governance defines best practices and ensures endtoend technical integrity of the Salesforce ecosystem
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture Design
Lead the architecture design and implementation of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud Service Cloud Marketing Cloud Experience Cloud Field Service and other Salesforce products
Translate business needs into robust scalable and secure technical solutions
Define data models integration patterns security models and sharing strategies
Create architecture artifacts ERDs sequence diagrams system landscape maps integration specs and solution blueprints
Integration Platform Governance
Design APIs and integrations between Salesforce and ERP portals data platforms and 3rdparty systems using tools such as MuleSoft Boomi or custom APIs
Ensure platform governance release management best practices and adherence to Salesforce standards
Own the Salesforce technology roadmap evaluating new features products and releases
Technical Leadership
Guide developers on Apex Lightning Web Components LWC Flows integration methods and platform limits
Conduct code reviews and validate solution quality performance and security
Serve as the Salesforce SME for crossfunctional strategic initiatives
Stakeholder Project Collaboration
Work closely with product owners business analysts and leadership teams to define functional and nonfunctional requirements
Lead technical workshops discovery sessions and design reviews
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure aligned solution delivery
Documentation Compliance QA
Maintain detailed system documentation functional and technical specifications
Ensure solutions comply with data privacy security audit and org limits
Troubleshoot escalated issues and support complex platform challenges
Required Qualifications
Experience
7 - 10 years of Salesforce hands-on experience configuration development exposure
Experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Architect on enterprise Salesforce programs
Proven expertise with multicloud implementations and large complex orgs
Strong background with endtoend integrations and middleware platforms
Technical Skills
Deep knowledge of Apex LWC Visualforce
Flows automation best practices
Integration frameworks REST SOAP eventdriven patterns
Identity Access Management SSO OAuth SAML
Salesforce DevOps tools Copado Gearset Git
Strong understanding of Salesforce security model performance considerations and governor limits

Salary : $135,000 - $160,000
