Job Title: Salesforce Architect
Location: Charlotte, NC

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce B2B Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Salesforce B2B Commerce CloudCraze Sales Cloud and related Salesforce ecosystems The ideal candidate will bridge business requirements and technical implementation ensuring scalable usercentric B2B solutions

Key Responsibilities
Functional Consulting
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather analyze and document B2B eCommerce and CRM requirements
Translate business needs into functional specifications and detailed user stories
Conduct workshops discovery sessions and solution demonstrations for clients

Solution Design
Design scalable Salesforce B2B Commerce solutions aligned with best practices
Map B2B business processes catalog pricing account hierarchy orders entitlements
Define architecture for complex B2B journeys including selfservice portals buying groups and accountbased commerce
Prepare and maintain solution design documents process flows and functional diagrams

Implementation Delivery
Collaborate with technical teams developers architects to ensure correct implementation
Configure Salesforce B2B Commerce Sales Cloud Experience Cloud CPQ if applicable
Support testing SIT UAT defect triage and change management
Lead enduser training and handover sessions
Project Stakeholder Management
Manage functional scope timelines and delivery milestones
Maintain strong client communication and expectation management
Work in AgileScrum environments participating in sprint planning and reviews

Required Skills Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science Business or related field
1012 years of Salesforce consulting experience
Handson functional experience in Salesforce B2B Commerce CloudCraze
Strong exposure to Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud CPQ optional but preferred
Deep understanding of B2B processes
Contractbased pricing
Product catalogs
Custom checkout flows
Buyer groups account hierarchies
Order management workflows
Ability to translate business requirements into Salesforce configurations
Excellent communication documentation and clienthandling skills
Salesforce Certifications preferred
Salesforce B2B Commerce Administrator Developer
Salesforce Certified Administrator
Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant
Experience Cloud Consultant

Preferred Skills
Experience with API integrations and middleware MuleSoftREST
Knowledge of OmniStudio Vlocity is a plus
Experience working with global teams and enterprise clients
Understanding of commerce analytics and personalization
