Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement performance testing strategies for large-scale applications.
- Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using LoadRunner and JMeter.
- Conduct load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing for web APIs and enterprise systems.
- Analyze test results to identify bottlenecks and recommend optimizations.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and infrastructure teams on performance tuning.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and share findings with stakeholders.
- Mentor junior testers and assist with process improvements and automation.
Primary Skills
- Expert-level proficiency in LoadRunner and JMeter for performance testing.
- Strong understanding of performance engineering concepts such as load, stress, endurance, and scalability.
- Advanced skills in analyzing performance metrics and conducting root cause analysis.
- Knowledge of protocols (HTTP, Web Services, APIs) and scripting in LoadRunner/JMeter.
Secondary Skills
- Basic knowledge of monitoring tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or similar.
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure) for performance testing.
- Good understanding of SQL for validating database performance.
