Role: Junior PMO / Project Coordinator
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid role 3 days/week from day1)
Job Description:
- Experience: 5 years
- Strong PMO and Project Governance experience
- Experience with project planning, tracking, and reporting
- Manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
- Stakeholder management and executive reporting
- Budget, resource, and financial tracking
- Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Clarity/MS Project
- Banking/Financial Services domain experience preferred
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
Preferred Skills
- PMP/PMI certification
- Experience supporting large transformation programs
- Regulatory or compliance project experience in Banking
