LTD Construction Management & Services, Inc. is expanding and seeking a motivated Construction Site Manager to lead residential renovation and general maintenance projects in Gaston, NC. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, coordinating teams, and ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Lead day‑to‑day operations on renovation and maintenance job sites
• Coordinate subcontractors, laborers, and maintenance crews
• Conduct daily site inspections and enforce safety standards
• Manage materials, equipment, and inventory to keep projects on schedule
• Track progress, prepare reports, and communicate updates to supervisors
• Troubleshoot issues, resolve conflicts, and maintain a productive jobsite environment
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and homeowner expectations
