LTC Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to become part of our Harwich rehabilitation team. Work closely with licensed Physical Therapists while providing hands-on care that helps residents build strength, improve movement, and work toward greater independence.
What You'll Do
- Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Guide residents through strengthening, balance, gait, transfer, and mobility activities
- Carry out established treatment plans based on individualized rehabilitation goals
- Observe resident response to treatment and communicate progress to the supervising PT
- Reinforce exercises and safe mobility techniques with residents and caregivers
- Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation
- Work collaboratively with therapy, nursing, and other healthcare professionals

Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts PTA license required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team
- Skilled nursing or post-acute experience is a plus, but not required
- New graduate PTAs are encouraged to apply
