POSITION: Training Analyst

LOCATION: Stafford, VA (On-Site Work)

STATUS: Full time – Contingent Hire     

Open only to US Citizen with a current US passport and ability to obtain Active Secret Clearance

Position Summary 

Supports New Equipment Training and sustainment training for Marine Corps personnel, including training package development, POIs, lesson plans, instructor guides, student outlines, assessments, rosters, and delivery at Government facilities and field locations. 

Primary Responsibilities 

• Develop, update, and maintain NET and sustainment training materials in Systems Approach to Training format. 

• Prepare Programs of Instruction, lesson plans, student handouts, instructor guides, student outlines, assessments, test materials, attendance rosters, quick reference cards, smart guides, and training aids. 

• Deliver New Equipment Training, student evaluation, and sustainment training to Marine Corps personnel at Major Subordinate Commands, Reserve units, Government facilities, and field locations. 

• Coordinate with logistics leads to align training with fielding, sustainment, operator/maintainer requirements, and equipment readiness. 

• Provide training event documentation and materials supporting CDRL D002. 

• Support travel to MEF and Marine deployment locations as needed for training and fielding support. 
• Travel: Ability to travel up to 25% to support client meetings and requirements
  

Experience 

• USMC training delivery, NET, operator/maintainer instruction, or military instructor experience.

• NAVMC 1553.1A/System Approach to Training familiarity. 

• Curriculum development, job/task analysis, and student evaluation. 

• Strong facilitation, briefing, and field-training coordination skills. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; military instructor, curriculum developer, logistics/training, or equipment training experience acceptable. 

• Prior Marine Corps training, fielding, logistics, or equipment operator/maintainer experience preferred. 

• Ability to obtain/maintain CAC and required background investigation; Secret clearance may be required.
