What are the responsibilities and job description for the Training Analyst position at Johnson Technology Systems Inc?
Position for Training Analyst for Project Lightfoot. This position will work with clients and the implementation team to develop and update Training materials. Position will be involved in all aspects of training development and delivery. This position reports to the OCM/Training Lead.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform Training Assessment to identify training materials that need to be developed
- Conduct Audience analysis on training needs
- Develop training plan for GFEBS SA deployment
- Develop training calendar for deployment of GFEBS SA
- Define training logistics in collaboration with change agents
- Training Development drafting materials for Day in the life training for multiple user groups
- Deliver training to estimated 3,000 users
- Ability to acquire knowledge of SAP Productivity Pack
- Ability to provide advice and recommendations on instructional design strategy
- Manage time effectively to meet aggressive project schedules
- Manages effective internal/external client relationships within own area of responsibility
- Participate in daily/weekly checkpoint meeting with Team Lead and participate in scheduled meetings as necessary
Active Secret Clearance Required
