POSITION: Program Analyst – Meetings & Program Books
LOCATION: Quantico, VA (On-Site Work)
STATUS: Full time – Contingent Hire
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
- Experience: 5 years of related experience with preparation, configuration control, and publication of Program Books and formal meeting packages
- Must Haves: Extensive experience with coordinating agendas, action item tracking, briefing materials, and decision documentation to support technical reviews, milestone events, and senior‑level program oversight
- Citizenship and Clearance: US Citizen with ability to obtain Active Secret Clearance
- Travel: Ability to travel up to 25% to support client meetings and requirements
- Skills: Understanding of DoD Program Books, Relevant DoD acquisition or sustainment experience; Above average proficiency in Microsoft Office products; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Strong documentation and technical reporting skills, Strong problem-solving skills; Ability to work independently or with a team
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Client Familiarity: USMC
- Tools Familiarity: DoD Program Books, agendas, action item tracking, briefing materials
PRIMARY DUTIES:
- Support preparation, configuration control, and publication of Program Books and formal meeting packages
- Coordinate agendas, action item tracking, briefing materials, and decision documentation to support technical reviews, milestone events, and senior‑level program oversight
- Develop, maintain, and deliver required documentation, reports, and analyses
- Coordinate with Government IPTs and stakeholders
- Perform duties in direct support of Marine Corps
