Responsibilities
- Executes standard warehouse and inventory tasks, and trains team members to deliver world-class accuracy and operational performance.
- Communicates with the inventory control team regarding prioritization of tasks and schedules.
- Leads daily start-up meetings, clearly communicating priorities, assigning tasks, and providing updates throughout the day.
- Monitors the cycle counting and auditing schedule and adjusts as necessary to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Performs root-cause analysis and reports error trends. Research inventory variances in an unresolved status and reconciles physical and systemic mismatches.
