LSSI is hiring a full-time Counselor Case Manager Tuesday through Saturday. Responsible for providing whole-person services to clients participating in the Kenmore Residential Rehabilitation Program, including 1:1 sessions, case management assistance, and the presentation of evidence-based group programming. Assist clients in achieving their stated goals and objectives, collaborating with other internal and external treatment professionals.

Essential Functions:
  • Collaborate with Kenmore Residential Rehabilitation team members, other LSSl programs, and external partners in order to provide quality, whole-person care and services to clients.
  • Maintain a caseload of five (5) to eight (8) clients.
  • Present weekly groups, founded in evidence-based practices.
  • Provide weekly 1:1 counseling to each client on assigned caseload.
  • Provide case management services, including appropriate linkages and referrals.
  • Provide support coverage to Kenmore Healthy Start Recovery Home clients, as needed.
  • Ensure all documentation is complete in a timely manner.
  • Meet productivity requirements identified by LSSI.
  • Ensure adherence to ethical standards of treatment, including NASW Code of Ethics.
  • Demonstrate professional, positive behavior and carry out responsibilities with integrity, treating clients, families, other LSSI workforce members, and collaborative organizations and/or individual in a dignified, respectful, honest and fair manner.
Position Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • One (1) to three (3) years of experience in substance use field preferred. Familiarity with accreditation and licensure standards preferred.
  • CADC or must obtain CADC within 18 months of hire date.
  • Annual TB test required.
  • Biohazard training required.
  • Background check clearance required.
  • Trained and proficient in the use of an electronic health care record required.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate in a clear, comprehensible manner, both verbally and in writing.
  • Excellent organization, presentation, and pc/computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with other related software.
