We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Office & Showroom Coordinator to support our office, wholesale, showroom, and retail marketing operations. This role serves as the first point of contact for guests while assisting with day-to-day operational, administrative, and coordination tasks across multiple teams.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Office & Showroom Coordinator to support our office, wholesale, showroom, and retail marketing operations. This role serves as the first point of contact for guests while assisting with day-to-day operational, administrative, and coordination tasks across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors; manage front desk operations including mail, supplies, kitchen stocking and deliveries
- Maintain a clean, organized front office and showroom environment
- Support showroom setup and coordination for line showings and seasonal launches
- Organize, track, and manage samples, swatches, and shipments
- Assist with tradeshow preparation, materials, and event coordination
- Support retail marketing initiatives including trunk shows, instore events, and campaigns
- Create and maintain spreadsheets, product information, and merchandising tools
- Assist with email marketing coordination and scheduling in Klaviyo
- Provide general administrative support across teams as needed
- 2 years of experience in an administrative, coordinator, or similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Salary : $20 - $24
