The Concurrent Review Coordinator Lead supports inpatient care coordination by overseeing daily census management, timely authorization processing, and discharge planning activities in collaboration with the mentorship, monitoring staff performance, and ensuring compliance with organizational, regulatory, and documentation standards.
Requirements
MINIMUM & PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Training
Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred: Coursework or certification in healthcare administration, medical terminology, or related field.
Experience
Minimum: Equivalent experience in healthcare, managed care, or a related coordination role.
Preferred: 1 years of experience in a physician office/clinic or experience in an IPA/Group UM or Care Management department.
Any combination of educational and work experience that would be equivalent to the stated minimum requirements would qualify for consideration of this position.
