Compensation: $80 -100K
Exempt: Onsite - Full Time
POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Manager, Warehouse Operations leads LSL Healthcare's warehouse, distribution, and logistics operations, serving as the operational leader responsible for building, optimizing, and executing all aspects of warehouse operations. The Senior Manager serves as the primary operational partner to Supply Chain and Production on all material flow activities, ensuring that product moves accurately and on time across every flow path: customer orders out, raw materials in, kits to and from sterilization, and inventory to 3PL partners.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
- 3 to 5 years of progressive leadership experience managing warehouse operations and personnel, with accountability for team performance, KPIs, and operational metrics
- Demonstrated experience developing operational processes, SOPs, performance metrics, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience managing multiple simultaneous product flows (outbound fulfillment, inbound receiving, third-party logistics, and/or regulated product handling)
- Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or regulated healthcare distribution preferred
- Hands-on experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) for carrier selection, rate management, and freight optimization
- Familiarity with WMS platforms, ERP warehouse modules, and inventory management systems
- Knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and applicable healthcare distribution regulatory requirements
