What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assembly/Packer Production - 1 Shift position at LSL Healthcare LLC?
Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Assembler to join our production team. This role involves assembling components and products within a fast-paced environment, ensuring quality and efficiency in every task. The ideal candidate will have experience working in manufacturing settings, familiarity with assembly line processes, and assembling, packaging and preparing all of the materials needed to ensure finished products are ready for further staging and shipment.
Duties
- Assemble products and components accurately according to specifications using assembly line techniques
- Pull raw materials needed for assembly according to production requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Verify that all components are present and match the product packing form for each kit.
- Seal completed kits using designated sealing equipment.
- Received sealed kits, verify accuracy kit counts, and complete final packaging by loading kits into boxes and sealing them for shipment or storage.
- Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and improve workflow processes
Experience
- Experienced in pulling and organizing raw materials for assembly in a production environment.
- Familiarity with assembly line operations
- Experience working with assembly line equipment or in a production setting is preferred
- Experience maintaining a clean, lean and disinfected work area while performing all tasks to ensure product integrity is never compromised during any stage of the work process.
- This position requires candidates to be reliable, safety-conscious, and capable of working efficiently in a team-oriented environment. Prior experience with manufacturing equipment, assembly processes, or warehouse operations will support success in this role.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support production and operational needs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.50 - $16.00 per hour
