Landmark of Fridley - Receptionist (Full Time)

Landmark of Fridley, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Receptionist to join our growing team!

Landmark of Fridley Senior Living is in Fridley, MN, located right off Central Ave and Mississippi Street, at the former home of Sandee’s Restaurant. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our 69-unit apartment-style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Shifts Available: Full Time 8a-4:30p every other weekend included
Pay: $17.50-22.50 based on experience

In this position, you will be responsible for greeting visitors to the facility through all communication. Duties include:

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting all residents, tenants, visitors and staff.
• Guide and direct guests, tenants, and residents to appropriate rooms as needed.
• Answer multiple line telephones in a polite, professional manner.
• Assist with typing, filing, ancillary input, payroll and distribution of mail, accounts payable and personnel files.
• Assist with the business office functions including administrative support.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Related administrative experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job is preferred.
• Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees.
• Must possess advanced computer skills.
