Industrial Paint Foreman
Location: Stony Point, NY
Job Type: Full time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
We are seeking an Industrial Paint Foreman to lead our paint department in a fast paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for supervising daily paint operations, ensuring quality standards are met, coordinating workflow, and supporting the production team.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations within the industrial paint department
- Coordinate work assignments and production schedules for the paint team
- Ensure liquid and powder coating processes are performed according to quality standards
- Train, mentor, and support paint department employees
- Monitor productivity, quality, and safety throughout the department
- Coordinate with production and other departments to meet manufacturing schedules
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in industrial painting and finishing operations
- Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
- Experience with liquid and powder coating processes
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to read work orders and production documentation
- Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move materials as required for the role
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a production environment
- Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment and painting tools
This is a union shop. Employees become eligible to join the union and participate in company benefit plans after the 90 day probationary period.
Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour
