Location: Stony Point, NY

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm

We are seeking a CNC Machine Operator to join a manufacturing team in Stony Point, NY. This role involves operating CNC machinery to produce precision metal components in a fast paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines including mills and lathes
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Monitor machine operation to ensure product quality and accuracy
• Measure and inspect finished parts using measuring tools and equipment
• Make machine adjustments as needed during production
• Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning
• Maintain accurate production and quality records
• Follow workplace safety procedures and manufacturing standards

Requirements:

• Previous CNC machine operation experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Basic math and mechanical skills
• Good attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a production environment
• Strong teamwork and reliability

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift and move materials as required for the role
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a production environment
• Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment and machinery

This is a union shop. Employees become eligible to join the union and participate in company benefit plans after the 90 day probationary period.

Pay: $19.23 - $21.80 per hour
