We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for supervising operations, ensuring proper equipment utilization, and maintaining sanitation standards to deliver high-quality products to our customers. The ideal candidate will actively engage employees in safety, compliance, and performance initiatives while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

• Ensure the assigned area is organized, staffed, and operating efficiently to meet production and delivery timelines.
• Oversee equipment functionality, preventive maintenance schedules, and proper usage to minimize downtime and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Monitor sanitation practices to maintain a clean and compliant work environment in accordance with regulatory requirements.

• Conduct daily team meetings to communicate goals, safety updates, and performance expectations.
• Schedule and manage labor resources to achieve productivity targets and control overtime costs.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory standards (FDA, USDA, OSHA, EPA, DOT, HACCP, GMP).
• Document and review operational processes to identify and implement improvements.
• Guarantee on-time and accurate production and/or catering for all flights.
• Enforce safety protocols and lead initiatives to reduce workplace hazards.

• Motivate, coach, and develop team members within company policies and values.
• Drive productivity and cost efficiency; implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Champion company initiatives such as Quality, HACCP, Lean Manufacturing, Employee Safety, and Continuous Improvement programs.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in production, operations, or related field.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence and engage teams.
• Working knowledge of OSHA, GMP, FDA, USDA, and EPA regulations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications.
• Available to work rotationg shifts that include nights, weekends and holidays.
