• esEnsure compliance with company safety programs and airline requirements, focusing on employee safety, ramp operations, and regulatory standar
• dsAddress safety concerns raised by internal teams and external partners, facilitating timely and effective resolutio
• nsConduct proactive audits, including review of training records, new hire documentation, and adherence to standardized safety procedures and operating guidelin
• esLead mock OSHA and ramp safety audits to prepare teams for regulatory inspections and airline evaluatio
• nsProvide coaching and support to operational teams to ensure readiness and success in airline audits and compliance effor
• tsTrain and mentor safety trainers to deliver effective instruction for drivers, guides, and coordinato
• rsAnalyze trends in employee injuries, aircraft incidents, vehicle damage, and property loss; develop and implement action plans to reduce occurrenc
• esDeliver training on accident investigation and root cause analysis to operational tea
• msParticipate in safety meetings with business partners and stakeholders to align on best practices and shared goa
• lsAttend customer-led training sessions for certification in aircraft door, galley, and equipment handli
• ngOversee data collection and trend analysis related to safety incidents, using insights to drive continuous improveme

nsKnowledge, Skills and Experien

• ceBachelor’s degree in Safety, Aviation Ground Safety, or a related field preferr
• edMinimum of 5–7 years of experience in operations and safety management, ideally within aviation or transportation secto
• rsProven expertise in employee safety, ramp safety, and ground handling operations, with strong working knowledge of OSHA, FAA, and DOT regulatio
• nsExperienced in building and maintaining effective relationships with airline security teams, airport authorities, and law enforcement at the local, state, and federal leve
• lsSkilled in collaborating with legal counsel to prepare cases, including gathering, preserving, and presenting eviden
