We're looking for a results-driven Operations Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading diverse teams, and is passionate about delivering outstanding operational performance. What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and manage day-to-day operational activities to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Develop staffing plans, schedules, and workforce strategies to support operational demands.
• Monitor productivity, labor utilization, quality standards, and operating costs.
• Ensure efficient movement and delivery of products, equipment, and services while maintaining operational timelines.
• Drive a culture focused on safety, compliance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Investigate service issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Transportation, Logistics, Production, Warehouse, Inventory, Quality, Customer Service, and Safety.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable regulatory requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, airline customers, and business partners.
• Support departmental budgeting, forecasting, and cost-management initiatives.
• Lead projects that improve efficiency, service levels, and employee engagement.

What We Look For in a Candidate

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5 years of leadership experience in operations, logistics, transportation, distribution, manufacturing, warehousing, supply chain, aviation services, or related environments.
• Experience managing large teams in a fast-paced operational setting.
• Strong understanding of workforce planning, scheduling, and operational performance management.
• Experience managing budgets, labor costs, and productivity metrics.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and make effective decisions under pressure.
• Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to improve processes and drive operational results.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
