What You’ll Do
· Lead the kitchen alongside the Executive Chef and drive daily operations
· Ensure every dish reflects our standards for quality, consistency, and presentation
· Coach, develop, and motivate a high-performing culinary team
· Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe environment
· Support inventory, ordering, and cost management
