A Data & Analytics associate develops and maintains client relationships, supporting the Client Services teams to provide support to clients and resolve queries.

LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $59,200 - $98,600.
Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP/”bonus plan”). Target AIP rates will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience. LSEG roles (excluding internships and part-time roles of less than 20 hours per week) are typically eligible for inclusion in our LSEG Benefits program, which includes offerings of: Annual Wellness Allowance, Paid time-off, Medical, Dental, Vision, Flex Spending & Health Savings Options, Prescription Drug plan, 401(K) Savings Plan and Company match. - Act as a first point of contact for institutional clients, taking ownership for the resolution of analytics queries, engaging directly with clients to gain a deeper understanding of their use cases and business needs
- Assist with price-yield and option-adjusted calculations, duration and convexity analysis, portfolio optimization, risk analysis, return attribution, and comparison of portfolios to a benchmark, as well as assisting with consulting projects
- Build and maintains strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clients receive the best possible service
- Uses voice of the customer to improve products and services or processes
- Is an active contributor to product release rollouts and upgrades programs
- Contributes to projects within a broader project or has accountability for ongoing activities
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a quantitative field, such as Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Computer Science, or Engineering
- Knowledge of fixed income securities
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
