A specialty graphics and exhibit company located in Woodbridge, VA is looking to bring on an industry experienced installer.
Candidates who have prior experience in area of graphics that include print vinyl, Type II wall coverings, murals, window film, and signage installations are best suited for this position. Prior signage and graphics experience is required.
Job responsibilities will include: in various tasks related to sign/exhibit installation.
Primary Skills Sought:
Familiarity and experience installing vinyl graphics / murals and wall coverings.
Experienced skills installed signage and graphics in substrates that include: wood, HPLP laminates, plastics/acrylics, and metal sheets, etc.
Requirements:
Clean Background Check/Clean Driving Record
Physically fit and can lift and carry bulky items from time to time.
Ability to work responsibly and independently and amongst a team
3 years DIRECT industry experience or very transferable skilled trade experience
Willing and able to travel occasionally
Power tool operating knowledge and experience - demonstrate above average mechanically inclination.
Team player attitude – willing and interest to be crossed trained and learn new software / operation of machinery.
Open to receive and build on constructive advice.
Wage rate/salary based on experience, skills, and capability.

Education:
- High school or equivalent
- Trade school of higher education (preferred)
Experience:
- Signage or Graphics: 3 years (Required)
- Woodworking or Fabrication: 3 years (Preferred)
Other Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to work in fast paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a fabricator or in a similar role
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and engineering drawings
- Strong knowledge of fabrication techniques and tools
- Skilled in operating fabrication machinery such as wood cutting saws, drills, grinders, and welders
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Excellent problem-solving skills
