Role: The Technical Quality Coordination Leader in the Aluminum Machining Department oversees quality assurance for the installation and launch of a new Rear Subframe Machining and Assembly Line.
Responsibilities: Manage and direct quality activities, develop and implement quality systems (including gauging, measurement equipment, CMMs), and collaborate with designers and machine manufacturers to ensure high-quality output. Lead data analysis, monitor reactive and proactive quality issues, and prepare reports for management. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, capacity planning, and process changes.
Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's or Associate's degree or equivalent experience in automotive manufacturing; 2-8 years of relevant experience, especially in PDCA, problem analysis, and countermeasures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis software.
Additional info: Ability to work overtime, shifts, and travel for quality investigations. No sponsorship available.
