Key Responsibilities: Collaborate on process validation, design aseptic simulations, perform real-time process reviews, and support investigations to ensure quality and compliance. Lead process impact assessments, evaluate manufacturing requirements, and oversee continuous improvement initiatives. Serve as SME on process documentation, validation reports, and key product attributes. Maintain client relationships, monitor KPIs, and support process transfers and investigations.
Qualifications & Skills: BS/MS in engineering or life sciences with 10 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of cell culture, GMP processing, equipment commissioning, and validation. Strong organizational, communication, and professionalism skills. Experience with design and statistical software is a plus.
