Merchandise Sales Associate
Role: Responsible for creating a memorable game day experience by providing excellent customer service, merchandise presentation, and attention to detail to fans.
Key Duties: Ensure a positive environment, assist with cleaning, re-stocking, merchandise display, inventory management, and merchandise explanations. Support event gift shop setup, maintain cleanliness, and follow instructions accurately.
Qualifications & Skills: Must be at least 18 years old, honest, with strong customer service and sales skills. Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and lift up to 50lbs. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Must be an innovative self-starter capable of working independently or in a team.
Additional Requirements: Ability to stand long periods, perform open/close procedures accurately, and adapt to feedback.
Compensation & Location: $14.00 hourly, on-site at George Steinbrenner Field, Tampa, FL.
