Machine Operator

Job Summary

We are seeking a Machine Operator to perform operations in the cast iron, bronze, and stainless-steel parts processing areas, including washing, balancing, and transporting materials. Key duties involve loading/unloading casting washers, dynamically balancing impellers, generating work documentation, and conducting quality checks to ensure product standards.

Qualifications And Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to operate powered pallet jacks or forklifts (license preferred)
• Basic machine operation and computer skills, including MS Office
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP or S/4 Hana preferred
• Capable of following verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision
• Team-oriented with physical ability to stand, walk, twist, and lift up to 40 lbs
  
  

Responsibilities

• Operate washing and balancing equipment
• Transport materials to designated areas
• Maintain documentation and perform quality control checks
• Perform additional duties as needed
  
  

Work Environment & Compensation

• Shift options include first or second shift with an 8% differential
• Hourly pay ranges from $18.00 to $20.00, with opportunities for increases
