Role Overview: Prepares food for patients, staff, visitors, and special events, maintaining a strong customer service focus.

Key Responsibilities

• Cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner using standardized recipes and methods.
• Document food preparation and usage according to standards.
• Ensure all quality, safety, and sanitation protocols are followed, including proper wrapping, storing, and labeling of items.
• Read and interpret patient meal tickets, verify patient identifiers, recipes, ingredients, labels, and dates.
  
  

Work Environment & Expectations: Typically performed in an office setting; responsible for complying with organizational policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
• Prior food service experience preferred.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as part of rotation.
