- Organize and staff at least 24 pop-up events per month to boost product sales and brand awareness.
- Distribute marketing materials, ensure proper display, and assist with merchandising and digital asset uploads.
- Develop rapport with dispensary management and budtenders, offering training and collecting feedback.
- Represent the brand at industry and community events, supporting marketing initiatives.
- Create content for social media and document activities using company tools.
- 3 years in cannabis, pharmaceutical, or consumer goods marketing.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, innovative, and capable of working independently or in teams.
- Experience with CRM or field marketing software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintaining confidentiality.
- Valid personal vehicle and ability to travel within the territory.
- Excellent verbal skills and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
