Banking Center Manager

Location: On site at the specified location.

Summary: This role oversees the sales, production, profitability, and regulatory compliance of a banking center. It ensures delivery of high-quality, accurate, and timely customer service.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership: Coach, lead, and manage the team to execute initiatives effectively; promote a positive work culture; represent the organization in the community.
• Sales and business development: Implement advice-driven sales processes; build relationships with clients and partners; expand market presence through proactive outreach.
• Client experience: Provide excellent service and resolve issues promptly.
• Team management: Recruit, train, develop, and motivate staff; conduct performance evaluations; foster teamwork and professional growth.
• Compliance and risk management: Ensure adherence to regulations, policies, and internal controls; implement risk mitigation practices.

Supervisory Responsibilities: Direct, evaluate, and develop staff; handle hiring, coaching, performance assessments, and disciplinary actions.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 2-4 years related experience preferred.

Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce; strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
