Position Details:
Duration: December 2026
Pay Range: $34-$39
Working: 5 9's
Per-Diem: $800 weekly
Commercial experience preferred
What You’ll Do
- Coach team members with clear feedback and performance goals.
- Coordinate workflows with other Foremen to maintain quality and safety.
- Oversee detailed work like stairs, handrails, and miscellaneous metals.
- Read and execute blueprints with precision.
- Schedule and manage equipment for project needs.
- Maintain a zero-injury safety culture and report any incidents promptl
Your Skills
- 5-7 years in structural steel and craft supervision.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and detailed installations.
- Certifications like NCCER Ironworker Plus and OSHA 30 are preferred but not required.
- Hands-on experience with welding, heavy equipment, and installation
