Detail Manager

We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Detail Manager. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in overseeing the quality of work coming out of our recon and cleaning department.

Qualified candidates will begin with a phone screen. Those selected to advance will be invited to an initial in-person interview. Finalists may then be asked to participate in a second in-person interview before a hiring decision is made. 

Responsibilities: 

• Supervise and maintain the quality of work produced by the recon and cleaning department
• Perform general office and administrative tasks.
• Conduct regular inspections of the lot and inventory structure, ensuring organization and cleanliness.
• Lead training, monitoring, and mentoring of staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Collaborate with the sales and service teams to make sure customer needs are being met.
• Ensuring compliance with dealership policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
• Identifying opportunities for efficiency gains and process improvements in reconditioning, lot management, and customer service, implementing changes as needed to enhance overall operations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school education or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for team growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Familiarity with RV and Marine products is a plus.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Experience parking and moving trailers is a plus.

Schedule: 

• Monday - Friday
• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM 
• Overtime and weekends as needed

Compensation:

• $60,000 | Based on experience
• Base Salary Additional Earning Incentives
