Responsibilities:
- Understand and interpret business requirements to support data operations
- Maintain and optimize complex T-SQL queries for performance and reliability
- Support report development using SSRS, OBIEE, or Tableau
- Develop and maintain ETL workflows using Informatica or SSIS
- Create and manage ad-hoc queries, stored procedures, and SQL Agent Jobs
- Perform performance tuning and query optimization using native SQL Server tools
- Monitor and support data platform operations, on Prem and on AWS, ensuring system health and uptime
- Leverage AWS-native tools (e.g., CloudWatch, S3, RDS, Lambda) to ensure platform stability and performance

Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in Information Technology
- 3 years of experience in Data Warehouse Applications using SQL Server and Oracle
- Experience supporting data platforms in AWS environments is highly desirable
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams to support and improve data platforms
- Strong interpersonal skills to resolve issues professionally and build consensus
- Ability to multitask, adapt to evolving priorities, and learn quickly
- Execute tasks within established guidelines and procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on operational reliability
- Experience with ETL tools, Informatica (including IDMC), and data modeling is a plus
- Familiarity with SSIS, SSMS, and SSRS
- Familiarity with AWS services such as EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, and CloudWatch is a plus
