Advertising Sales Representative
$42,250 base salary uncapped commission | $60,000–$65,000 typical first-year earnings | $85,000 established earnings | Top performers can earn $100,000
LPi is looking for a Territory Sales Representative to sell print and digital advertising solutions to small and medium-sized businesses. This role focuses on outbound prospecting, building relationships, closing new business, and growing existing accounts within an assigned territory.
What You Can Earn
- $42,250 base salary uncapped commission
- Typical first-year earnings of $60,000–$65,000
- Established representatives earn $85,000
- Top performers can earn $100,000
- Up to $5,000 Fast Track Bonus for achieving new-hire sales milestones
- Annual employee bonus opportunity of up to $1,500
What You'll Do
- Sell print and digital advertising to small and medium-sized businesses
- Generate new business through high-volume outbound calling and prospecting
- Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers
- Manage your sales pipeline in Salesforce
- Manage the sales process from prospecting through close
- Grow existing customer accounts
- Organize and manage your assigned territory independently
- Use company-provided technology, training and resources to achieve sales goals
- Travel approximately 30% overnight, depending on your territory
What We're Looking For
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and high-volume sales
- Motivated by goals and uncapped earning potential
- Persistent and comfortable hearing “no”
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized and able to manage a sales pipeline independently
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving results
- Sales experience in business development, advertising, media, marketing or another high-volume sales environment preferred
