Job Purpose
This position will support our GBS Procurement team as a Summer Intern from May 2026 – August 2026 and will be based in Nashville, TN. This is a paid, full-time internship and will support a continuous improvement project at the end of the session.

This position will support our GBS Procurement team as a Summer Intern from May 2026 – August 2026 and will be based in Nashville, TN. This is a paid, full-time internship and will support a continuous improvement project at the end of the session.
In This Position You Will Have The Opportunity To
- Learn and assist with purchase order management, including attending vendor calls.
- Gain insight into the purchase requisition review and approval process.
- Help with invoice reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with entering agreements in Ariba.
- Support Ariba supplier enablement activities and troubleshoot supplier onboarding issues.
- Assist in vendor setup and maintenance, including collecting required documentation.
- Attend CAPEX project meetings, including weekly project updates and accrual reviews.
- Support the team in creating and managing sourcing events.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address two real-world challenges facing LP.
- Participate in peer mentoring assignments and team-building events.
- Engage with Executives, VPs, Directors, and Managers.
- Deliver a final presentation to key LP leaders and management at the end of the internship program.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong organizational skills

- Time management skills
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program, preferably in Supply Chain, Business, or Data Analytics
- Must have an expected graduation date of August 2026 or later
- Maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher
- This position will work at home and in our Nashville office on a hybrid schedule
