What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Technician - B position at LP Automotive?
We are a high-volume dealership reconditioning shop with consistent workflow and a team environment. As we expand our customer-pay division, we’re looking for a dependable B-Level Technician ready to grow their skills and income.

What You’ll Do:
- Perform recon repairs on dealership inventory
- Handle brakes, suspension, cooling systems, tune-ups, maintenance, and light engine work
- Assist with customer-pay repairs as our retail division grows
- Perform vehicle inspections and identify needed repairs
- Work efficiently in a production-focused environment
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years hands-on automotive repair experience
- Strong foundation in mechanical repairs
- Ability to complete jobs independently
- Willingness to learn and grow into more advanced diagnostics
- Own tools
- Valid driver’s license
- ASE certifications a plus
