Duties
- Process vehicle registrations, titles, and related documentation efficiently and accurately.
- Manage billing procedures related to DMV transactions, ensuring timely and correct invoicing.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding registration, licensing, and billing services via phone or in person.
- Support outbound sales efforts by promoting additional services such as insurance or extended warranties.
- Maintain organized records of all transactions, inventory control, and sales pipeline updates.
- Collaborate with dealership staff to ensure inventory management aligns with DMV requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns promptly and professionally while demonstrating strong communication skills.
Requirements
- Prior experience in dealership or retail sales, automotive repair, or administrative roles is highly preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse customers.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory management and record keeping.
- Excellent phone etiquette and public speaking skills to confidently interact with clients and team members.
- Knowledge of retail math, cash handling, and retail sales processes to support high-end sales environments.
- Experience with inventory control systems and sales management tools is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced setting.
