Job Description:
We are searching for a caring, career-minded education professional to teach English. The position may include teaching at all levels from 9th through 12th grade. The teacher will work in a dynamic, collaborative, and technology-rich environment with fellow teachers to create an educationally sound and developmentally appropriate learning environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Teach a full course load; 5 classes and 1 section of emergency proctoring
- Participate in co-curricular, service and retreat opportunities with students
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with students, parents, colleagues, and administrators
- Builds upon a strong, preexisting curriculum through reflective practice and collaborative planning
- Provide consistent, effective feedback on student work
- Other duties as assigned
- Undergraduate degree in English and either successful completion of a teacher training program or 3 years of field experience working in middle or high school English classrooms.

Salary : $50,000 - $65,000
