Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Carpenter / Team Lead to join our construction team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead skilled carpentry projects, oversee daily operations on-site, and ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship. Duties
- Lead and supervise carpentry crews on multiple construction sites, ensuring timely and quality completion of projects
- Perform a wide range of carpentry tasks including framing, trim carpentry, door hanging, cabinet installation, siding, roofing, drywall finishing, etc.
- Manage construction estimating tasks related to material needs and project scope adjustments
- Execute specialized tasks such as concrete forming, rebar installation, plumbing rough-ins, electrical installations, and more.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized worksite at all times
- Conduct heavy lifting and assist with remodeling or restoration projects as needed
- Support training of team members in technical skills such as fixture installation, flooring installation, tile laying, caulking, electrical experience
Experience
- Proven experience in construction or carpentry roles
- Demonstrated leadership skills with previous team supervision or crew lead responsibilities
- Ability to perform physical tasks requiring heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking
- Dependable and shows up ready to work
- Valid drivers license required
