- Lead and assist with daily recreational activities for residents
- Set up and facilitate both small and large group programs
- Support the planning and execution of the monthly activity calendar
- Encourage resident participation and engagement
- Monitor and report any changes in resident behavior to the Activity Director or Nursing Supervisor
- Follow all infection control and safety procedures
- Provide activities tailored to resident care plans and personal preferences
- Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available

- Flexible scheduling options
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 8th grade education required
- Passion for working with the geriatric population
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to read, write, and understand English
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and remain active throughout the shift
- Must be dependable, compassionate, and patient-focused
